the plot is cute and all but i really cant with the way its written. its just the worst. also why do I need to know every time the fmc needs to pee? lord

at what point does this book get better? because im simply cringing. how does it have such positive reviews? genuinely confused

im trying so hard to like this because everyone loves this book but im currently cringing at the way the fmc keeps ogling at the mmc and even gives stalkerish vibes and its throwing me off so bad. also admiring his shoulders and waist as he runs into an emergency in his family?? yikes

im just awe-struck by ta-nehisi's writing and the clarity of his ideas and thoughts. really enjoying this read

I'm pretty sure I'm reading this book wrong but i see more chemistry between feyre and rhysand than I see between feyrere and tamlin. minus the part where he twisted the bone in her arm. BAD.

but im not feeling it too much with tamlin and feyre idk

“i am jealous of everything around you” might be the most romantic prose ive ever read im in love

idk what I’m reading bc the writing is so dreamlike, the universe so unlike ours or anything ive heard although it resembles ours to the point that the unfamiliarity confuses you but I CANT KEEP IT DOWN

im not really feeling this book. started out strong but im halfway done and this seems more about twitter drama and feels a little off considering how close the criticisms are to what the author in real life gets. i dont know its just dragging and feels condescending even as a reader lol

okay i liked some stories better than others

im gonna have to drop this for now. this is not my cup of tea at all however i am very curious about how this goes. but i feel too sane right now to keep going with this right this moment so maybe another day
