Indigo and Shade- story started out slow, but ended up being pretty good. It was a twist on Beauty and the Beast.

Julian Powell Breaks Every Rule- a psychopath who throws a party. I loved the suspense. One of my favorites of this book.

Marigold- This story was okay. I liked the story, but it didn't have a whole lot of time to build the characters.

Death Knell- Victoria Schwab's story about death was short and to the point. I didn't feel a connection with the characters this story wasn't special to me.

Beautiful Venom- I loved this story. It was Medusa with a twist. The character development was great and I was really intrigued the whole way through. The main character didn't mean to be evil, but she had no choice. The story afterwards really explains the story well.

The Sea With: by far my favorite of the book so far. A fairytale retelling with a twist and Marissa Meyer is the queen of fairytale retellings. I loved it!

The Blessings of Little Wants
This story was okay. I liked that the Gillian was actually evil. The ending was satisfying. The story itself was hard to follow.

Shirley and Jim this story was interesting and had a number of surprising elements. I loved the detective mystery feel to the story.

Gwen and Art and Lance: entirely told in text messages. The story was fast paced and entertaining.

Jack was not what I expected. I like this story more than the first, but it still felt rushed. Jack was an interesting character and I love the back story to explain the story more.

The Blood of Imuriv: I didn't get into this story. It has so much detail that there wasn't time for a story before it ended.

Been reading this since dewey's readathon. Hoping to finish soon.

started Aug 2nd. This one has been a slow read so far. I'm not hating it so far, but I'm not loving it either. I hope to get more into it soon.

Pretty good so far. The story is slowly revealing itself.
