Classic bill hodges. Amazing that all three of these books feel the exact same. I definitely won’t be able to keep them straight. Enjoying per usual.

The FMC is stated to be 23 years old and it shows and is cringy to read sometimes. The MMC’s age is unstated so far but the flirting is oddly highschool. I’m intrigued by the plot, and so far not disgusted by any of the gore. As a big Stephen king fan, I’m genuinely curious if she’ll be able to eek me out. Kind of hoping so. Will update on ick factor.

Guys I’m struggling. Am I the only one not into this book?

I think I have some guesses but I’m pretty sure they’re all wrong.

It’s giving Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy frenemy saga but if it was from Draco’s perspective and he was a more nuanced character. And I’m here for it.

I didn’t expect like this book based on the description but I am already very into it
