Usual poor girl gets taken away by broody prince who of corse is beautiful. Is magically the only person ever to have that colour hair, and gets a rude familiar. Sounds like every other book I’ve read. I’m over 50% in nothing has really happened other than her being stubborn and stupid. Only reason this isn’t a DNF is because I hate not finishing a book.

1% in and there f*king 14 pages of how to pronounce words.. wtf

1% in and there f*king 9 pages of how to pronounce words .. am I even going to be able to read a sentence without a made up word spelt so ridiculously that I have to sound it out? How am I going to enjoy I book I can’t even read probably.. giving it the benefit of the doubt tho
