I have thought, every time I've read a JC Fields book, what great films they'd make. This one and the first Michael Wolfe story, Lone Wolfe are as good as Tom Clancy's Jack Reacher, in my opinion

I have already read The Lane Betrayal and The Fair and loved them. This is the third book, Sea Spray. This is just the kind of time travel story I like, Although the Lane family have escaped into the past, but are being searched for by a maniac who wants them dead they settle in to each time they travel to and sample life in each time they travel to. I have come to know and like the Lane family and will read book 4

OMG I LOVE this book. I am an Outlander addict and I saw people recommending this series from time to time, on the Diana Gabaldon book group on Facebook. I've been reading a variety of books whilst waiting for book 9 which still isn't finished. Now, rather than starting the whole Outlander related series again, I started this one. I don't want to put it down! It's set c.10 years after the end of Outlander book 8
