First she doesnt want to so she tries go back, she gets told not to come back, then she cant stay, then she doesn't want to, then she's bitched at because she asks for help. And no people that make appointments make it at least for 30 min, that was like a 5 min conversation. What is going on? I think I'm dont with this series.

I really hate to say this but this audio narrator is not making this very enjoyable. The male voice is very, ancient. Female voice is fine, not awful and the rest of it is obviously fine. But I can't see the characters clearly.
