This is my second reading. I thoroughly enjoyed this author the first time around. Let's see if that holds true.

Oh! Now i remember why I outgrew him and his writings. I hate sappy rom-coms, Chick Lit, Hallmark wannabees...If it weren't a bookclub selection I would not be reading this.

Oh I need a good piece of fiction, historical, mystery biography, even WWII. Enough already.

I will keep calm and read on.

Another big big book. I shutter thinking how long it will take me to complete. Thus far the only former character is Deborah St James. I think we are on a few parallel story lines (need notes to keep characters straight). I pray this picks up and isn't a struggle. Reading should be enjoyable, informative not like needles sticking into your skin. The familiar needs to come quick. EG doesn't do or know quick.

A bit slow, but as a fan will finish.

While stand alone title...Patterson's still writes with intrigue with twists and turns. Still can scare the bejesus out of you as you just imagine the torture, horror and violence.

We are retracing Tasa's steps with her as she revisits this haunting episode of her life. A pivotal moment in her development.

The is one messed up cookie. Hobie a plus in his along with his late mother. Dad a real piece of work. With all this disfunction a piece of art takes center stage.

Sad. Man's inhumanity to man. I hope a separate place in hell exists.

Sadness on acceptance of difference. Tolerance starts at home.
