Mei is on page 90 of 485 of City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1)

The story seems interesting but I hate the goddamn female lead. She can't seem to think rationally or act consistently. She reacts calmly at one point and seems to abandons her brain at the next. She doesn't take in information given to her 2 minutes after they have been given to her. I have no thoughts on the male lead yet since he doesn't have particular dumb moment or excellent to that matter.

Consider dropping.
