I honestly to god hate this book and still can’t stop listening to the audiobook

I’ve just finished the first essay and I think while there’s some good material here it does come off a little dated (in contrast to what the intro claims) and I also struggle to. Just really get into white women feminist literature like okay sure but it’s so one dimensional not that everything has to include everything but. You know

So to be fair it’s my own fault for starting a book called final girls and expecting it not to be somewhat off putting and weird feeling. Also written by a man…… 🙄🙄🙄🙄
