This book is terrible. Truly bad. But I’m 50% done so I must finish. I’m going to start counting the number of times the MC sees or hears something that isn’t there! Maybe that will make it more exciting

What the fuck is up with Winnie’s teeth clicking all the time????? Is it some sort of nervous condition that’s just never explained? It’s so bizarre. I’m far enough in that I’ll finish but right now this is not really my cuppa.

At first, I was a little annoyed at the length of this book. But now, I am so in love with Hava that I want to spend 1000 more pages with her.

Most books I read I can tell by the end of the first chapter whether I will love the book or not. A good first chapter is like a good first kiss. I fell in love with this book in the prologue. Not surprising, really, because my fave author recommended it.
