This was a good read (no pun intended). I remember seeing it years ago and read a little bit of it, but coming back to this book was worthwhile. While Miyamoto Mushashi wrote this work mainly to swordsmen who (from my understanding) were his disciples/ students, this work can easily be translated into today's time for modern day martial artists. Indeed, it could be adapted to virtually any field.
