I’ve been wanting to DNF for a long time now, but I wanted to get to the controversial part of the book. Oh wait, that’s the whole book. (Didn’t care initially, until I kept reading.) Anyway, it started off good until I quickly realized just how clingy the male mc is.

Was the author lazy when it came down to story-building? Genuine question.

I’m sorry, you’re telling me big bad wolf is taking orders from a vampire? LMAO. The way I could not respect him as a mate because how are you Alpha acting like a Beta? Good night !!

I’m bored. Sick of Emma. Justin is eh. Maddy is based, every-time, love her.

This book feels rushed and I’m sick of them interacting so often. I need a break.

Other than that, good start, but I can see where the book is going. Abby Jimenez does the SAME thing with the women. It’s so annoying. They’re always pushing the men away.

The men are always simps, the women avoidant.

I’m literally so pissed off reading this. And can’t stop gagging. Spoiler: his dad is a SICK FU*K.

I woke up early from a nightmare and turns out, this BOOK was the nightmare.

It gives me the worst unimaginable ick when the main character is hurt, sad, but in this case, needing to see a doctor, that it leads to something spicy. You have to be sick in the mind to want to f someone who literally almost died a SECOND ago.

Like are you f’n serious? This author is a repeat offender

This book would be a thousand times better without the constant spice and lack of substance. Though I’m glad the main characters are finally aware that they don’t even know each other because all they do is undress each other at EVERY given moment. But I’m liking where the book is going so far, it’s starting to get pretty darn good.

But this book should’ve been a 330pager type of book. Not 500. Obviously the author didn’t know what else to write because there were like 200 pages of her being sick.

This girl talks way too much. I thought her personality was way too loud for me to properly comprehend in the beginning. Almost too much at once. I keep imagining her as this cheap and pitiful worker that wants a brighter future. Nothing wrong with that, but it’s almost embarrassing that her apartment was a small furnished studio, her dress cheap, the wedding band she bought him… cheap. It’s still good!! But…

Went from being annoyed at the mc to sobbing. I don’t even want to continue this book rn
