Rereading ahead of the movie adaptation coming out this week 🧡

Rereading chapter 14 (Haymitch’s games) has me recognizing just how brutal Sunrise on the Reaping will be.

Rereading the original trilogy for the first time in over a decade in preparation for Sunrise on the Reaping! Found versions narrated by Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black is superior television thanks to her) so doing audiobook for a change.

This book plus Two Feet playlist on repeat on a 4 hour flight has me KICKING MY FEET

50 pages in and planning a trip to PEI next summer.

Only took 37 pages for me to start crying.

Seems risky picking this up considering I finished Ugly Love last night and gave it 1 star. But what can I say... it was finally available from the library at the same time so here we are...

Honestly not sure how I feel about this. But it's a quick read and I'll likely finish it either tonight or tomorrow.

Reading this for a book club I got invited to join.

I read this in highschool but HAD to reread it after reading I'll Give You the Sun, which is also by Jandy Nelson. I'm finding it just as beautiful as when I first read it.

Beautiful so far.
