this is so Selection core hahaha

damn this mother's just cruel

dieser Charles Werner hatte doch mal was mit Arthur 🧐?!

no offence to Mr. Baker, but is his first report to DICOMY actually a rambling diary entry? I'm quite amused but this can't be the works of their best caseworker??

the fucking Antichrist?!

Bin immernoch so dolle im slump, ich komme einfach nicht rein :/ obwohl es an sich unterhaltsam ist!

Lamya is married to the U.S. immigration laws like her childhood friends to their husband. Utterly dependent and with nowhere to go without them

I know people were saying this book was sad but damn..

I love how Shane is basically the opposite of nonchalant. My very-chalant king haha

my atheist ass is kinda struggling with all the religious content and reflections. Which was interesting at the beginning but unfortunately I'm bored already because I low-key don't care 😞

"Maybe I just need to accept that my life is a russian novel."

And with that I'm picking up that book again. Let's see

"Good. (...) A public defender. A free lawyer. Sounds like you won't need one of those."

Traceeeeeyy... Girl..

I'm already pissing myself

I'm so sorry but there's no way this man immediately died from an impaled eyeball..
I'm not sure if I can make it to 100p before dnfing, the writing is hideous

"I turned round and saw the mound that stood out so sharply against the monotony of the plain. There were never piles!"

how is there so little but also so much happening in this book. This single sentence made my heart speed up

"The other women also kneeled down and echoed her words, as if, in the face of horror, ancient rituals regained their meaning."

"I never knew why Daisy left, exactly. What it was about that night.."

I swear to god these MEN are driving me insane, I actually closed my eyes for a breather how can one be so FUCKING dumb and emotionally incompetent

"Niccolo would have bitten. You could just see it" lmao
