This is a new model of leadership to me. It skews toward servant leadership, but it portrays that as equally or more applicable to business world. It so far doesn't give concrete practical ideas on how to get from one level to another. It really just describes the model and describes the transitions in broader terms.

So far, React Cookbook is a bit of a let down and has spent the time so far talking about setting up other tooling around React than React itself. Hopefully it'll shift into other 'recipes' that are more applicable.

So far, High Performance Playbook is succinct and a quick read. It's pragmatic and action oriented. Del leaves theory and rationale to other resources in most cases. It just says what to do.
