Absolutely baffled by the hype around this and close to putting it down.

Obsessed with imagining Alexander Skarsgard having a burger at Rykas Cafe.

Currently reading as in, I've listened to the first chapter like 5 times and only now feel like I have enough of a grasp of what's going on to proceed. Unsure if I'm a bit dim right now or something isn't clicking with the audiobook for me.

My teenage self is horrified to know that I'm going to DNF this because I'm just not cut out for gore these days! I love the concept so much, but totally can't hack it. Who am I!

Oh nope. Had a recc for this and sounded like the right kind of thing for the moment I'm in but wow there's a hell of a lot of cisheteronormative drivel here! And some quite uninformed and inaccurate takes on polyamory. And unnecessary florid language. I don't have the patience!
