I love love hearing Edwards perspectives of certain events throughout the first book. He’s narrative is very “old English” and still feels very authentic to the character we grew up loving when the first book came out. It feels even more intense hearing Edwards first reaction to Bella and can even change how I first saw his character in the first book. My only fault so far is that it feels a bit repetitive!
