I read 180 minutes of this book last week. I really liked this book because the author made so many turning points it was unpredictable. The book ended with a huge fight. They took mrs. Peregrine and Mrs. Avocet but the kids got Mrs. Peregrine back. But there loop was destroyed and Mrs. Peregrine could not become human again. The author makes the book start with a big event which links you making you want to read more. Right now Jacob is sulking around the house scarred to go outside, because of the monster he saw. In the end Emily ends up finding Solane, she was staying with her aunt and decided their friendship would be best remembered unblemished. She didn't want to leave making promises to keep in touch that would never come true. Also in the end, frank and Lissa break up.
