I had to hold myself back from dnf ing this book, but something told me it gets better, it feels like it did where I am at right now. And had to remind myself that's an emotionally detached 9 year old pov, that helped I'd say.

Okay, so on the preface pages and the conversation surrounding the role of eastern healing practices and it's effect on neuroplasticity is refreshing to intake. And I also understand why some people have difficulty digesting such themes. Will be updating more as I read I guess.
