DNF'd at 20% - not a fan of the writing style . Feels like a juvenile just threw some thing's together . Had a hard time figuring out what was going on in the beginning of the book . It's like we started half way in the book and then decided to do a short flash back in the middle of dialogue to piece together the missing pieces. Just felt all over the place and wasn't for me .

This book is breaking me in the most beautiful way

This book is a mind-fuck and I can't get enough! Every time I think I've guessed where the plot is going it takes a turn that leaves me questioning everything ! I haven't been left questioning who the good guy / bad guy / or where the hell we're going in a long time .

Here we go ! Last book ! I'm stuck between not wanting it to be over and can't wait to find out how it ends. I have loved this series , every single book ❤️

I wasn’t sure at the beginning of this book was for me . The back and forth from present time to past wasn’t my cup of tea , but now that it’s kinda chilled out with that …. Yall this book has gripped me . I love that there’s a perfect blend with the pacing, not too much unneeded details but not leaving me wanting more details . Happy I picked this book up . I needed a good read

I usually don’t like it when a book slows my reading speed down due to having to ingest the amount of information that it is giving me …. But this book …. I’m already so captivated by the world, people and magical system . Pretty happy with it so far !

I can’t even with this book ! I’m so loving it ! The banter , action and world building has my fantasy heart giggling out loud . I don’t think I’ve Loved a FMC MORE ! If it keeps going like this , it might ended up being one of my favorite reads this year .

Waiting for Midnight to hit

My husband just came in and asked me what my book was about . As I take a good 5 minutes explaining all the major key points to him …. He says so simply “ It sounds like Hunger Games but with Vampires” . Well shit, I should have just said THAT ! I mean it definitely has differences but still , that was pretty close

This book is sooo good thus far. Stupid adulting getting in the way of consuming this book like I really want .
