This is so interesting to see happen after the Suriel told Feyre not to search for any more answers lest she be devoured by the shadow over Prythian. One of the definitions of devour is “to enjoy eagerly”. Does that not sound like Rhysand’s all consuming love?

This phrase and this moment feels importantly specific. What do you bet Tamlin roaming around in his beast form isn’t so generous with his mother’s roses now? I want a really beauty and the beast story for Tamlin!!!!

WTF!!!!!!!!!! I don’t think I like this! I was happily just enjoying the story and thinking that I had predicted the plot, then… BAM! Plans changed!!!

Gah, I just can’t get invested. The banter is cringy and cliché and I just can’t get invested into the characters. This just feels like an ACOTAR wannabe.
