Ok, so far I really like this book. However, as a designer, it really bugs me to see the word blueprint throughout the book. That word went out in the architectural/engineering world about 20 years ago when blue line machines quit being used to copy prints. The correct term is either architectural and/or engineering plans or just plans to describe a set of drawings.

As a South Louisiana native I noticed a few words that require correcting. The first is the word 'cher'. Cher is French word not Creole. Unless you live among Cajun French people, it's not a word used often in New Orleans. Same with the word dawlin'. N.O. Men don't say that unless they are 80 and previously lived 'down the bayou'. A little New Orleans speech and lifestyle research would help for future stories.
