Just made a dashboard with live streaming traffic and incident data. It is so cool to sit and watch it update! Getting so much out of this book, even though I'm working through it very slowly

Was reading aloud to Jamie. He lost interest a few chapters ago, I may not make it much further. Not much is happening...

After our big reveal, the story is starting to move along

This is exactly what I need right now. Some light, entertaining fantasy. No complicated plots or politics, no hard-core tech, no complex societies or worlds. Thoroughly enjoyable so far.

Ugh, set it aside so long that we're on a new version of Pro (3.3 vs. 2.9 that the book is written for). The menus have shifted around a little bit but so far no problem backing out and setting up my environment again. Revisiting for my new job.
