Have worked in nonprofits for 20 plus years and love reading nonprofit management and strategy, however this book opens with so much generalized negativity about the people and dysfunction in some organizations I am struggling to continue.

Jennifer is 50% done with Portrait of a Thief

About halfway through and while I am really enjoying the premise and characters, the details of the heist planning and execution however are so far neither highly plausible, interesting or suspenseful, which seems critical in a heist novel. curious how others are finding this one and whether it takes off in the second half
