"On pages 22-27, a giant tree is dying and the main characters are trying to figure out how to save and how to slow it down from dying.

Protagonist: Grendel. "he's an ugly god pitifully dying in that tree." (Gardener 19)

I like this book because it has an interesting pov coming from a ghost who is trying to set her soul free to go to the afterlife and therefore she follows a boy who does not make the best decisions

i like it because it does a flashback into why all of the paranormal activities started.

this book is for young adults who like ghost stories
