This book is so tense the ENTIRE TIME. Which I don't love. The other books are great because they build and build until the end. This one is just constant and I keep checking my completion % on my kindle thinking it has to be almost over and it's not.

I finally agree that this was a needed bridge between the two books. Nesta and the way she is coping with things is breathing some much needed life into the character dynamics... speaking of dynamics I love the difference in how Nest and Elain are handling their trauma. It feels realistic and poetic, none of the three sisters have handled recovery the same.
