This book has me on the edge of my seat. Even though this series has only had HEAs so far, I'm still so worried for Ally! Which path will she get to keep?

Both these time periods have me so invested! I love that it takes the mystery elements of book 5 and makes it a more personal story.

I am so invested, it's not even funny.

The main man gives me Jamie Fraser vibes unlike any before him (except for Jamie Fraser himself).

Not too invested yet; I don't know if this writing style is for me. I'm still intrigued by the main characters though, so I'll keep going forward!

I need to know where these characters came from! They feel so real that you might be able to reach out and touch them. The tension and the relationship building in this is UNMATCHED.

Julie's books only gets better and better. What could have been too goofy of a plot is turning into an all time favorite for me and I'm not even half way through. This is a book that I am going to SAVOR.

Okay okay fine Odessa’s chapters are finally getting interesting.

I'm sorry but maybe only Sarah J Maas should be writing novels like this (main characters separated 60% of the novel, random new characters getting POVs)

The way I cackled. I am truly enjoying this it reminds me a lot of the Crimson Moth and the early Throne of Glass books.

A very promising start! It's giving Assassin's Creed and Throne of Glass.

FINALLY to the boat part… ya know of this book marketed as a boat book.

I was lulled into a false sense of security with the first 300 pages thinking it was just going to be a fun romp with problem solving. Now we’re in that Martian survival.
