The math used to explain the absurd solutions created by the ingenious randall munroe (xkcd) is very questionable, on the surface, and the gross mismatch of SI units and Imperial units in almost every equation makes the engineer in me shudder and math-check him almost every time… and every time I am pleased to see that the units work out and his answer seems to be near spot-on.

First 3 chapters left me satisfied for a year.

I can confirm that there is still quality material that is actively making me more aware if how I structure my environment to allow for better habits to form naturally rather than fighting their formation against my will.

Last chapter I read inspired me to reformat all of my app notifications (put my phone in my control rather than me in control of my phone)

Not the best book to read half a chapter of before going to bed each night. I am writing this about a month after pausing and can’t remember a thing. I must be too soft. I’m sorry Peggy. [insert Hamilton joke here]

Currently reading atomic habits instead and getting all the self help I will need for the next decade. Updating bookshelf now. I do not plan on finishing this book.
