25 pages in and this book has already punched me right in the heart.

Normally I don’t read westerns, although I will watch them all day long. I’m glad I picked up this book on the recommended by Brian Pannowich shelf at the book store. It’s so very good.

I’m reading this for church book club so that’s the only reason I’m keeping going. The writing is absolutely terrible.

I’m 21 days in to the 28 day challenge and I must say, I’m not sure how this book got so many 4 and 5 star ratings. It has good information but it is poorly written and is quite repetitive. I’m going to finish it but I won’t be recommending it to anyone.

It would take way less time to read if I didn’t have to keep putting the book down to take a deep breath and absorb the beauty from the pages.

I feel like this book is taking forever. It’s really good. Just heavy. And technical. And it’s so interesting that I keep reading bits out loud to Jeremy.
