I'm 35% in. Is it too early to give it 5 Stars?

Who the hell Clarissa? Veronica & Scarlet are discussing Stella on how well she handles ER. Vee asks “Even after Clarissa? I do a search - yup, Clarissa isn’t mentioned prior. I assume she’s from the book Rabbit? Why can’t the book summary say previous books should be read first?

Rant continued: OK, so I made a spreadsheet. So now when Vee (Veronica) asks where Jordan is and the answer is, "In the kitchen with A." I can look up which of the 3 characters with names that start with A. Must be her wife, Ainsley. Forget about id'ing by occupation. So far I counted 3 doctors and at least 4 current or retired law enforcement officers. I shouldn't need to know Excel when reading a romance.

I am enjoying it but it's driving me crazy! I'm 12% in and she has introduced 17 characters! It doesn't look like this is a sequel if the Author was expecting readers to know who these people are. Plus she gives nicknames to all. You need a spreadsheet to keep track of who's who and who's doing whom. So I made a spreadsheet. Why does GR limits characters for updates??

Lovin’ this book. I looked up to find a passage/quote that I highlighted and I already have 16. Here’s a one by T, Maya’s brother talking to Maya about the bride to be, Nina - “So, we’re clear. Your idea is to torture yourself with this wedding stuff to the point where you don’t feel for her anymore.” T huffed. “And then go back to being besties?”

You know that great feeling when you’ve only read a chapter or two and you just know “Oh, this is going to be good!”? That’s this book.

For those of you who have read, or thinking of reading Cari Hunter’s new book Breathe she put together a glossary of Northern English slang that is sprinkled throughout the book. That face. I'm not even a dog person and I couldn't help but want to read this book. Having Karis Walsh's name on the cover also helps.

Hmmm. Am I the only one who reads only one or two book reviews then stops? I don’t want to be spoiled or influenced by other reviewers. I have “safe” reviewers with similar tastes that I read first. After I read the book I’ll read the reviews so I don’t say the same thing and if they disagree or agree with my opinions.

Re-reading before reading the sequel. How did I miss that Galli had a new book out? That came out in October??!!
