I thought this would a really interesting audiobook, but I'm struggling to engage with it. The narrator is excellent, but I'm not sure if she's ideally suited to this tale or if it is the story construction itself.

Not holding my attention, unlike book 1. Soppy overload and pacing is inconsistent. I may not make the end, despite Jennifer Ikeda's excellent narration. Hopefully it will redeem itself.
