As always, there's those "ah-hah" moments where R.D. describes the intricacies of some scientific process or some natural phenomenon that allows us to grasp a concept like never before. The bonus here: this book is short snippets from his past work. it's consumable in bite-size pieces.
This book is NOT just about evolutionary biology. The book EVERYONE should read on that topic is The Greatest Show on Earth. So good
