Nice to see Mere and Wit again. They seem older and mature now. And they’re gonna get married! Still it is a surprise to Olivia well also me. They’re all assuming that she’s gonna end up with Connor when they met like yesterday. They’re all like be good to him he has a big heart. And she just met him and everyone else. Pretty weird

It’s a cute premise. But super weird of her step granny and step mom to give her a room to share with a stranger boy man with no heads up

I fear I am not the target audience. I just cannot relate to the characters and whenever authors name drop internet references or when the characters cuss I find it cringey but that’s unfortunately the norm. I did enjoy her other book maybe I’ll try to pick this up again later. I’ll move on to another in my stack
