Realised that I still had the tan open and ended up reading 60 pages in one sitting. If I hadn’t started this an hour ago I may have read this in one sitting.

I’m thinking of starting a website! Possibly within the next six months, but I don’t know if I wanna make it fall of Anne Boleyn themed or general Tudor/history that I am interested in themed.

I’m not very knowledgeable on queer history so far as I am a beginner, but I’ve got to say and do something about it. Even if it’s just a messy blog, but god do I love blogs.

Spent a good section of my summer with this book last year, but I’m re reading chapters and recording research this time

I want to get back into my fall of Anne Boleyn research and I can feel it coming on

Truly a book that cannot be read quickly

Interesting that I start researching Elizabeth’s reign when I am just about to turn 25 as she was 25 when she ascended the throne.

She knew for a couple of months before her ascension that she would eventually rule because of Mary’s poor health and lack of heirs.

Reading this book as a general introduction!

Read hags for LLD and boy despite the horror that the chapter is I really want to live in community!!

Read the lesbian masterdoc (no idea why) yeah I think compulsory attraction to men really stopped me from realising I was lesbian from the start

I’ve been getting back to what’s actually important recently and this is probably the best I have ever felt in my entire life

I genuinely think this might be the best book ever written and I think it has the power to change the world if people read it and took it seriously

Met a person with a mild interest in the Tudors and then having that person immediately give you a look and end the conversation when you tell them that you think Henry thought Anne Boleyn was genuinely guilty. Person brought up Thomas Cromwell, so I certainly had to mention my thing, but the amount of times I have been assumed stupid when I bring this up is genuinely crazy.

I feel like my current reading block is because I’ve only been reading about Anne Boleyn recently and A level related stuff. So I’m about to have a bath and get lost in a book!!!

I’ve wanted to read this for a while because of the title. As I do struggle a lot more than I let on with being disliked and so on and so forth. I did also think before I purchased this that maybe I should get this other book that I wanted, but no I am so glad I picked this one up first. I won’t lie either, I also thought “sounds cliche” and yeah I am really glad I ignored that bullshit thought.

I don’t particularly think I really took in the contents of book 11 properly haha because I kept getting distracted. 😭

So I will probably listen to it again before moving on to book 12
