Loved the premise of an old father writing letters to his young son. The small intricacies of watching a child play or picking flowers really left an impression on the aging father. Additionally, some of the bigger realizations were fun too!

This was a great insight into how so many aspects of life; including chronic inflammation from various sources, mentality, viruses and illnesses; can lead to chronic illnesses.
