We have encountered a strange person that has been in the space for too long.

Archie and Catherine were attacked. By Emiles 3 cousins. Archie lost and was killed in the battle. All 3 cousins were finished as well. Catherine was the only one to walk away, alive. Maud and John decide to persue the markings on Notts teeth. John and Quin made it the 200 steps but now both of them are struggling.

Shinobu and Quin recovered the middle Dreads body. They cut up his shirt to find markings. A hint to find everything that he hid. John ans Maud question the boy, Nott. He gives his name and becomes frustrated that his thoughts arent what they normally are. Maud tell him they are probably his masters thoughts. They then find the body in the cave. Its Emile. The person Johns mother was looking for all along.

John and Maud talk about his feelings towards becoming a Dread himself. Maud talks about his mom. Shinobu tells Quin of her fathers state and the things he learned of him. They then work on getting cordinates to the Old Dread in hopes of finding the middles body.

John js growing in his training. Catherine has now found out thr truth about the middle dread twisting the minds of other seekers.

Shinobu and Quin made it out safely ans hid inside the barn. We flahs back to Catherine having found the people she has bothered her baby dady about. They share stories of Emile and then his father speaks up about the Middle dread and his plans to catherine

We saw Notts perspecrive and Catherine. He rboyfriens is encouraging Catherine to keep herlsefl and her baby safe. She used the Helm once ans felt drained aftwrwarsa. Theythen had a talk about what she wanted to do. Nott was apparently tied up and left behind for his crimes against all the watchers and the little boy he killed. He begab going crazy but eventually escaped. Quin and Shinobu escaped back...home?

Nott killed one of the boys after he was struck with the disruptor. Maud soon arrived to help John and Quin. Shinobu arrived shortly after to help them. He was able to command the boys away. John and Quin then ran their separate ways and John was fully commited to his training now. We get a flash back to Catherine who is now pregnant at 18

Both Quin and John are running from the boy watchers. Nott, the supposed leader, is deciding and leading the boys on their next actions. John begins to call out to Maud, the youngest dread and only current awake dread. She burst out to help John.

John came to visit Quin. She wasn't pleased. I think he was looking for some kind of hope that she would take him back, but she isn't stupid. He is extremely jealous of Shinobu. They both got attached by the watchers and now are planning an escape. Quin told them their master is dead but they dont believe her. They want what they think is theirs.

It was really cute to get to read anout Catherines point of view! Also we found out the middle dread just wants everyone dead which is fabulous. But he is dead and Shinobu is thinking about taking his place to end the war against all the seekers

Shinobu ran off with the Anthem and the Focal. He found Briac and set his mind straight so he could ask questions about the middle dread. Briac then confessed that the middle dread wants to extinguish all the seekers. To obtain all of their artifacts, to be in control.

Shinobu is sliwly losing his mind to the focal. Briac is hiding many things and I like this mew Christine girl!

Quin ans Shinobu barely escaped with their life not to mention we got a flash back to Catherine again but she mention Briac. They are so young and its confirmed the oldest Dread is dead.

So far so good! Close call on Quins part! Im not sure if I want her and Shinobu together but he seems caring other than her boyfriend who attempted to kill her. Run in with some boys they were after their anthem and have Shinobus family anthem.

Let me just say I love Atlas he litterally breaks my heart with the sacrifices he made and I hate Ryle and love Alyssa's point of view like gosh dang.

So far so good we passed a pretty enbabile thing in between Ryle and Atlass and we also finally finished the book Ms. Lilly wrote and her last entry was very spicy. I enjoyed that quiet nicely lol
