What book should I read next #read

This book has been challenging as it’s a “downer”/negative and I’ve been trying to cultivate a more positive lifestyle

Question 1: written before the advent of nuclear weapons, how does MAD problematize Schmitt’s extreme possibility of war?

Question 2: does nuclear proliferation (say, if every state were in possession of 2+ nuclear bombs) deem every state non-political?
