This book is a difficult read. A pessimistic take which doesn't include too much political theory, even though what its saying applies to the broad spectrum of politics. It just goes to prove that politics is dastardly battleground with no room for morality.

The prose is lyrical, but not very difficult to understand. In the pages that I've read, the protagonists struggles with learning, knowledge and the concept of the atma are explored. Even though its not very relatable, its an intriguing read

I can see why this novel is timeless. It is a very compelling story of revenge and metamorphosis. Dantes undergoes a profound change from that of hope to one of vengeance.

Ooh boy, I love myself a good revenge flick. And this is the long of all revenge flicks. Very excited to start it
