Every character in this book is so unlikeable lol

A graphic rape scene only 8 mins into the book… not impressed. God forbid a writer show dystopia without women being raped. Lazy writing

Welp they just killed off my favourite character of the book. Safe to say, I loathe Lysander and can’t bear to finish this yet because I just want to see him die for this and I know he won’t until the series finale ugh !!!!!

I’d forgotten how much I like Juliet Marillier’s writing

Loving the writing style of this book, insightful and thought provoking

Another one sided discussion of an author’s opinions, which appear to be purely speculative and backed up by very little evidence, but presented as certainty and fact in the most jarring and attention seeking way possible. Yikes. I’m also yet to see how this has anything to do with economics. I foresee a low star review coming
