I watched the movie and became fully obsessed, had to give the book a try. Super good! I got a little distracted with other reads but I'll definitely come back and finish it.

Listening as audiobook and it's so calming and magical. I like it so far

Got intrigued with the concept from the Truth book and fell down a rabbit hole that led to this book, so far I've been finding it mind blowing !

I was really intrigued in the beginning, but kind of losing interest. Might end up DNFing soon, especially since my loan ends in 4 days and I can't see myself rushing through it that fast

Ending the year with my first Colleen Hoover (kind of) the first published one at least, and surprisingly I'm past the first couple of pages, so that's saying something

The way that Greek mythology is being tied to all of this is so fascinating, and the source of the name the Maidens! Love me anything involving the goddess Persephone

I spent most of yesterday reading and listening to this book. I had to stop myself just for the sake of slowing down to savor it better.

This is soooo good so far. I feel like I'm in highschool again experiencing P&P for the first time. With the gender swap and the intricate plot enriched with Desi culture, this story takes a form of its own while maintaining the essence of the beloved story.

Enjoying this so much!

Apparently I can't stay away too long from Pride and Prejudice retellings, and with an Indian twist? Yes please. It's been so meaty with plot just 6% in and it's a welcome change after the last 2 reads.

I love a vengeance queen. Finally seeing some feminist witch themes and I'm here for it. Leaving myself on a bit of a cliffhanger to head to sleep, I can hardly bare it.

I've always loved these legends, but to have them retold by Circe with her involvement just makes it all the more achingly sad. Also, to have the mortals be the side we're romanticizing and idolizing rather than the greek gods is an interesting perspective I haven't experienced before

The absolute heartbreaking beauty of those last few paragraphs of this chapter!

I accidentally found myself engrossed in this read. Am I trying to maximize my read count before the year ends? Maybe. It took me a month to get through my previous read and now that it's 5 days till new years, I find myself filled with drive to finish both books
