It’s so interesting to come from Adams to Jefferson, of which the former left me quite critical of the later. Yet in the early years of Jefferson’s career, so far at least, I can find a lot of common ground with him. I’m curious to see if and how this fully evolves into the “enemy” Adams faced during his own presidency.
