Oh good grief. Mitko shows him milky discharge, which is gonorrhea or chlamydia. Not syphilis.

Just experienced 41 pages without a paragraph break. Run on sentences with rambling topic changes and BORING. Part 2, A Grave. Yeah this part should be in one.

Another author who eschews paragraphs. EEEK

Well I put it down for days as I was having my struggles getting into it. But finally it’s taking off into something interesting.

Long meandering multipage philosophical discussion of art, artists and which ones move him was exhausting. For goodness sakes please use paragraphs instead of never ending text. Pretty prose for prose’s sake alone. At least now his dad has died and there’s plot again.

Part 1 is done. It’s mundane, overly intricate in detail, boring, jumbled, doesn’t make sense sometimes with gaps with in between left to the imagination of the reader. The long NYE story was completely unnecessary.

If Part 2 isn’t better I can’t imagine going on to the remaining 5 books.

Getting better

It’s very dry. Not a page turner
