Wow, what can I say about this book without spoiling it.. I read it in a day and it was certainly a rollercoaster ride. The main character Coraline, is stuck in a mundane job, doing the same routine day in and day out.. until she meets a mysterious stranger in her dream, Aiden.

The concept of the book is unlike anything I've ever read, with so many new and fantastically weird ideas.

Another fab book by Tony Forder. This book is set 12 years after the first book, however I did not notice much difference in the characters (which is a good thing). I loved the change of scenery with a trip to America and the new characters. The character development for penny and Jimmy Bliss was lovely. Overall and enjoyable book.

Such a good book! Left me feeling a little bit queasy now and again but I think it's just me as I can usually cope with gore! The characters were spot on, I loved the aspect of the 'super-recogniser' and Becca's home and family life.. another fantastic book by John Marrs, I highly recommend this book and every other book he's written!

My first read by Maggie and it's such a fab read! Full of twists that I was not expecting! It's been a long time since I've felt compassion for both sides of the story and the two main characters. I also enjoyed reading it from both perspectives and thought that it really added something different to the book. Highly recommended!

I love Cathy glass' books, each one have the ability to make me cry! A terrible secret was no different, with an interesting account of Tilly who puts herself into foster care after her stepfather injuries her whilst having a fight with her mother, a fantastic read but sad at the same time! I'm looking forward to Cathy's new book coming in February!
