Why do we have a separate storyline with Ned?! He was the least likable character for me in Tidelands and now I have to wade through Ned’s adventures in New England every other chapter .. ugh. Just stick with the women in London I have many questions about that 21 year period that need answers. So far we’ve lost 1 star

Now we have Dot dealing with her childhood trauma using memory reframing, a psychiatric technique first used in the 1970s… but we’re here in March 1960.

What time period was this again? My guess is the author originally started in the 90s but the characters would have been too old to have lived through WWII and still have been young enough for the story
