Started this in December. Has been very helpful but also difficult to focus on.

Unsurprisingly, be stalled in the Self-compassion chapter. A difficult subject for me.

Not a fan of Facebook - the site or the company- but I am a fan of Adam Grant. Trying to read this at the same time as I read The Drood. It’s been a long time since I’ve read more than one book at the same time. Not sure how I’ll go.

It’s a slog at times so I’m hoping for a great payoff. (Thanks for spoiling The Moonstone for me, Mr Simmons!)
