sooo swordcatcher was so bad it made me want to pick this up again even tho i dnf-d it at 20% about three months ago….(totally due to a timing issue, this book is actually WAYYY above swordcatcher and i love how whimsical dragon moons are🌕)

this might be because im not native english but every time tessa dare refers to men’s stubble as “whiskers” during these intense romantic scenes (which is every time for some reason) i just imagine sifu from kung fu panda

its reading my bf’s fave book time except i know the whole plot because (1) he told me it completely spoiler-full and (2) we just saw the movie. but i have to say this is such a cute heartfelt story im still able to enjoy it (:
