Weirdly torn in my sympathies with this book. It sucks that everyone assumes Olivia will start being interested in romance eventually, but also why does she have to be such a killjoy?

I usually find the ones where Lucy has to interact with her dreadful family tedious, but the dual POV here helps!

Enjoying how this is definitely more in the juicy vein of The Hunting Wives than the annoying An Unlikeable Woman.

I really appreciate how the author's writing keeps improving with each book!

I continue to be incredibly pissed off that books like this are both relevant and needful to the bullshit times we live in.
