I’m impressed at the compelling evidence the book gives regarding diets and health. It’s effectively encouraging health

So far this book is incredibly slow. I'm plowing though this as quickly as possible because this is not something I want to be reading.

It’s a bit slow and I can’t completely believe jack as a character. After suspending my disbelief, I’m now finding myself yelling at the main character to do things better. I’m hoping things improve but I’m not confident in that.
