I recommend this book to everyone

Good start!

Excellent! Helped me look inward and consider how I may have inadvertently contributed to recent successes of populist leaders that I dislike. Raised my awareness of what matters in democratic systems, and that sustainable progress tends to occur slowly and from the bottom up.

Worth the read so far.

Mostly brainless, fun read.

Good content, slow reading, mostly philosophical and existential.

Epic, genius, though sometimes repetitive once you get past p. 800... But brilliant. And not difficult, just long.

A bit weird. But interesting. My favorite short story was Sparrow. The others kind of disturbing. But also original.

I disliked the intro, but I really like the essays.
