Another called shot, Tim is the one leaving all the creepy threatening signs around the house. Secretly harassing Bella to get her to stop vlogging/filming the kids.

This book has a try-hard energy that really screams YA despite being officially classified as adult fiction.

Called shot: Main character's best friend is the person that died/why Bella is cancelled, and now main character is here for revenge. She took the nanny job to sort out her conflicting feelings over her fondness/fandom for Bella and her grief for her friend. She wants to learn everything she can about Bella to determine if she deserves to die.

Fighting not to DNF this. The writing style is just too plain and boring compared to how engaging the storytelling is in the anime. Maybe it's a translation thing, maybe I'm just not into light novels.

I need all these powerful men in their 30's to please stop making moves on 18 year old Tsukimi 😵‍💫

Okay damn, I gotta go back and re-read the first one before I can keep going. It's been over 2 years since I read the first book and I've fully lost track of the plot. 😅

Things pick up exactly where we left off with no breathing room to ease you back into things and bring you back up to speed. Feels like I stopped reading halfway through a chapter and then picked it up again years later. Whoops, brb!
