Ugh I’m really liking this. It feels every bit as long as it is but it’s okay because I’m loving living through these characters. I even feel bad for Rory and can understand. I hope it never ends.

Obsessed! I LOVE how they weaved in Georgia Tann and the Tennessee Children’s Home. I loved that book Before We Were Yours. I just wanted to scream at the stupid woman who was touting Georgia Tann and not knowing how crooked it all was. What an absolutely terrible time to be down on your luck in America. Not an era I’ve read a ton on and it’s hard to read but I enjoy learning.

Love this book! Birdie is hysterical and I wish I’d named a kid Birdie. And I totally called Dr. Pittman!

I’ve been reading this book for too long and haven’t been able to get into it until the last 5 or 10 %. Definitely picking up! The dream world was cool!

This is such a great summer fling romance novel!! The paid arrangement turning into a real romance TROPE is never a disappointment.
